About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Sidekick Health Germany GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain our e-learning platform, creating engaging content for various teams
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to identify training needs and recommend solutions
  • Establish and maintain internal processes and policies, ensuring seamless operations
  • Manage training documentation and support the development of performance management features
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent development, preferably in a professional company setting
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of trends in learning and development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
