About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Barleben, Germany. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production and logistics processes, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of your assigned area within the production or logistics process, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer expectations are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a positive work environment within the team.
- Monitor and optimize the workflow and resource utilization to achieve production targets.
- Ensure that quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to, and implement efficiency improvements in work processes.
- Plan and assign tasks to shipping and warehouse staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and accidents are prevented.
- Promote a positive work environment, productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- First-hand experience in a production or logistics center and familiarity with the supply chain process.
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken) at an advanced level and good knowledge of English.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
- High motivation and a strong team player for our location in Barleben/Magdeburg.
