Join the HelloFresh team in Barleben as a Production Supervisor (m/w/d/x) and play a vital role in our operations.

• Oversee designated sections within production or logistics to ensure that performance metrics and customer satisfaction are achieved.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to meet production targets while upholding exceptional quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and cultivate a supportive team environment.
• Manage workflow efficiency and resource allocation to fulfill production objectives.
• Uphold quality benchmarks and standard operating procedures for optimal work processes.
• Organize and delegate tasks to shipping and warehouse staff for uninterrupted operations.
• Promote safety measures to mitigate workplace incidents.
• Encourage a positive workplace culture, enhancing productivity, teamwork, and employee morale.

Your Qualifications:

• Background in a production or logistics environment with an understanding of supply chain operations.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire a diverse workforce.
• Proficient in German with good command of English.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
• A motivated team player eager to contribute to our Barleben/Magdeburg location.
