Coding Specialist / Case Manager

As a vital member of our organization, the Coding Specialist / Case Manager plays a crucial role in the accurate and efficient coding of medical information, which is essential for maintaining high standards in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform continuous coding of diagnoses and procedures in accordance with the latest coding standards and practices.
  • Engage in collaborative case discussions with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance documentation for billing accuracy.
  • Address inquiries from insurance providers and the Medical Service, and participate in auditing processes.
  • Facilitate project days with clients to ensure effective communication and understanding.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experienced healthcare professional or equivalent qualifications.
  • Preferred completion of advanced training as a coding specialist.
  • Proficient in documenting relevant clinical findings and procedures.
  • Strong grasp of clinical workflows and processes.
  • Skilled in MS Office and coding software, or a willingness to acquire these skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, teamwork orientation, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
