As a Coding Specialist / Case Manager, you will play a vital role in the healthcare sector by ensuring the precise and efficient coding of medical information. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality assurance within the industry.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform continuous coding of diagnoses and procedures in accordance with established coding standards and guidelines.
  • Engage in collaborative case discussions with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to enhance documentation for billing accuracy.
  • Address inquiries from insurance providers and participate in auditing processes.
  • Facilitate project days with clients to ensure effective communication and project management.
Your Profile:
  • Background in healthcare with relevant practical experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Preferred completion of advanced training as a coding specialist.
  • Proficient in documenting pertinent clinical findings and procedures.
  • Strong grasp of clinical workflows and processes.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and coding software, or a willingness to acquire new skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, collaborative spirit, and proactive approach to work.
  • Openness to travel within the designated region.
