About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Vattenfall. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services, including AKS clusters and Cassandra landscapes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for scalability, performance, and availability issues across environments.
- Develop and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable infrastructure deployment.
- Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backups, and restores across different environments.
Your Profile:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of automation and CI/CD technologies, including Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience working with IaC/infrastructure automation tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent Linux and TCP/IP networking skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and ITIL processes.
