Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to start your career in a dynamic field? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sustainability Manager to join our team at KWS SAAT & Co. KGaA.

As a Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies, targets, and activities in the area of sustainability management and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance). Your work will be focused on positioning our company responsibly on an environmental, social, and economic level and promoting sustainable practices within KWS and in our value chain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuation of the project management for the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
  • Coordination of non-financial reporting for the KWS Group 2024/2025
  • Identification of opportunities to promote ESG aspects within the KWS Group and our value chain, including the establishment of appropriate internal guidelines or group standards
  • Active participation in industry initiatives and networks

Requirements:

  • University degree in environmental sciences, sustainability management, agricultural sciences, or comparable
  • First professional experience in the field of sustainability reporting is a plus
  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Interest in sustainability concepts and practices
  • Very good project management skills
  • Structured, independent way of working paired with very good time management skills
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
