Working Student Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our uptime delivery across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collection and analysis of data to derive relevant KPIs for our uptime promise towards our customers
  • Generate reports for our internal stakeholders to ensure timely provision of loan devices
  • Assist in the management of our loaner asset base and ensure compliance with relevant internal processes
  • Interact with our country organizations to ensure the timely provision of loan devices

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in the field of Logistics, Business Informatics, Medical Engineering, or similar subject
  • Study in the Hamburg area and have a course of study lasting 12 more months
  • Ability to come to the office in Hammerbrook twice a week
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive valuable insights from data
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Proficiency in English and German (at least Level B2)
