Marketing Automation Systems Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Systems Team Lead to join our Digital Business department in Leverkusen.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a marketing automation tool strategy for Europe, building a centralized infrastructure that delivers business goals.
- Contribute to the strategic development of personalized communication capabilities for known consumers.
- Define new centralized marketing automation campaigns for European regional Sales Companies, working closely with marketing teams and the Marketing Automation Operations Team.
- Collaborate with internal and external agency teams to leverage new data sources and enhance the Eloqua marketing automation tool.
- Lead business efforts to integrate data flows between systems, working with internal IT Teams and agencies to define impact on live automated campaigns.
- Develop measurement KPIs for the region, NSCs, and campaigns.
- Ensure technical integration changes meet Eloqua requirements, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Lead reporting efforts, enabling effective tracking and automated reporting to improve and streamline reporting.
- Develop and manage Customer App campaigns, liaising with internal and external agencies.
- University degree in Marketing or Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with project management skills.
- Previous experience managing external suppliers is required.
- Experience with marketing technologies, technical data flows, and/or marketing automation systems (Eloqua or similar) is essential.
- Previous experience managing a direct report is desirable.
- Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills are essential.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
