Over de functie

Als Site Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en toezicht op de uitvoering van onze projecten. Je bent de aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en werkt nauw samen met het projectteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van werkschema's en uitvoeringsplanningen, het verzorgen van rapportages over voortgang, veiligheid, planning en afwijkingen, en het uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties en gedragsobservaties.

Je profiel

We zoeken een teamspeler die zich flexibel kan opstellen en makkelijk aanspreekbaar is. Je bent analytisch en communicatief vaardig en weet op de juiste manier je overwicht te tonen. Ook durf je in te grijpen in situaties waar dat nodig is. Je bent bereid je kennis op het gebied van veilig werken up-to-date te houden en zelfs uit te breiden.

Wat wij bieden

Wij bieden een uitdagende en afwisselende functie in een hecht team met gedreven en vakkundige collega's. Daarnaast bieden wij goede primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een salarisindicatie van € 5.000,- per maand, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring, en een leaseauto/bedrijfsauto.
