Key Responsibilities- Take on an expert role for complex E-Commerce ERP solutions and processes, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
- Independently conduct and manage large-scale ERP implementation projects based on Odoo, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects, adeptly handling escalations and providing exceptional service.
- Professionally lead and mentor our ambitious Junior Consultants, fostering their professional growth and development in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Constantly shape and improve our internal business processes for an entire business unit, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Steer the development of software customizations and internal products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and the company.
- Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution.
- At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant or IT Consultant, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
- Experience with business IT and processes within E-Commerce or within Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics in any field, with a deep understanding of the industry.
- Higher education in a business or IT-related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and technical skills.
- Hands-on experience in leadership and mentoring, with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions, with a drive to innovate and improve processes.
- English & German language fluency of C1 is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
