About Our Division
Our team, part of Amadeus Cloud Services (ACS), is dedicated to delivering Platform as a Service (PaaS) that will host all Amadeus computing workloads by 2025. Through our collaboration with Red Hat, we leverage Kubernetes and Openshift to create a stable and reliable PaaS. Our standard clusters are enhanced to meet the unique needs of the Amadeus ecosystem, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement quality assurance and regression testing across all ACS components.
- Develop unit tests using a systematic approach.
- Engage in monitoring the Software Development Lifecycle, including scanning, triage, and remediation.
- Create maintenance guidelines for components (build, validation, regression, release).
- Automate change management processes.
- Contribute to the development, deployment, and management of the ACS ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Pursuing a university degree in computer science or a related technical field (minimum three semesters completed).
- Experience or knowledge in platform engineering, software development, and familiarity with technologies such as Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Git.
- A keen interest in DevOps practices and architecture optimization.
- A strong analytical mindset, with a commitment to developing optimal solutions for users, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Availability for 20 hours per week for student responsibilities.
