Job Description

As a Personal Assistant (w/m/d) at AGAPLESION EV. BATHILDISKRANKENHAUS gGmbH, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your primary focus will be on personnel-related matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support to employees and management on personnel-related issues
  • Manage administrative tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding, under the guidelines of the AVR DD and AVR Caritas
  • Assist with recruitment processes, utilizing the Softgarden software and collaborating with the recruitment team
  • Enter and verify time and billing data in the Clinic Planner system
  • Prepare and coordinate payroll, ensuring accurate data transfer to external accounting services
  • Process external training and development requests, including expense reimbursement

Requirements:
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Desirable: experience in personnel management and labor law
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Clinic Planner software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
