Role Overview
As an Agile Delivery Specialist, you will serve as the leading technology and Agile delivery authority, passionately committed to your projects and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the project authority in collecting and documenting business requirements.
- Crafting user stories that clearly articulate the Product Owner's needs and are easily interpretable by software development teams.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies autonomously, managing backlogs independently, and aiding project leads in planning and estimation tasks.
- Breaking down work into actionable tasks and executing them with minimal supervision while proactively managing risks and addressing any blockers.
- Taking on increasing leadership responsibilities by assisting project leads in resolving issues, mitigating risks, facilitating meetings, and providing project status updates to management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development utilizing Agile methodologies throughout all stages of product, software, and testing lifecycles.
- Proven ability to define and document business and functional requirements, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective and timely solutions.
- Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, combined with the ability to work independently or collaboratively to tackle challenging situations and solve complex problems.
- A genuine passion for developing software solutions using cutting-edge technology, with hands-on experience in software delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with proficiency ideally at the B2 level.
