What You'll Do
- As an Agile Delivery Specialist, you'll be the lead technology and Agile delivery expert, deeply dedicated to your projects and clients.
- You'll be the project expert in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- You'll write user stories that effectively communicate the Product Owner's requirements and are easily consumed by software development teams.
- You'll run Scrum ceremonies with limited to no oversight, proactively managing backlogs independently, and assisting project leads with planning and estimating activities.
- You'll be responsible for breaking down work into tasks and then planning and executing those tasks with minimal direction, all while proactively managing risks and raising blocking concerns.
- You'll take on increasing team leadership responsibilities by assisting project leads to handle issues, mitigate risks, facilitate and attend meetings, as well as provide project status reporting to management.
What You'll Bring
- You'll bring 3+ years of product development experience using Agile development methodologies in all phases of product, software, and testing lifecycles.
- You'll demonstrate skills at defining and documenting business and functional requirements and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
- You'll possess strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, combining them with the ability to work independently or in close coordination with a team to embrace challenging situations and solve complex problems.
- You'll have a real passion for building software solutions with state-of-the-art technology and first-hand experience in software delivery, specifically Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean.
- You'll have excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbally (ideally B2 level).
