Senior Manager GRC (Germany-wide)

Location: Hamburg, Köln, München bevorzugt

Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Senior Manager GRC mit umfassender Erfahrung in der Beratung und der Fähigkeit, als vertrauenswürdiger Partner im Bereich Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) zu agieren. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Implementierung von Sicherheitslösungen für KRITIS (kritische Infrastrukturen), ISO27001, Cloud Security, SIEM und Netzwerksicherheit.
  • Verantwortung für die Skalierung und das Wachstum des bestehenden Teams, sowie die Förderung des Nachwuchses innerhalb der Organisation.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Entwicklung von Lösungen für Kunden und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch beratende Expertise.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kunden als vertrauenswürdiger Berater in GRC-Themen.
  • Führung eines hochqualifizierten Teams mit einem emphatischen Führungsstil, der die Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung der Teammitglieder in den Fokus stellt.
  • Verantwortung für das Management von Menschen, einschließlich Personalentwicklung und strategischer Teamausbau.

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf GRC und Cyber Security.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: KRITIS, ISO27001, Cloud Security, SIEM, Netzwerksicherheit.
  • Erfahrung im Consulting mit nachweisbarer Fähigkeit, beratend zum Vertriebserfolg beizutragen.
  • Empathische Führungspersönlichkeit, die Mitarbeiter unterstützt und motiviert.
  • Idealereweise wohnhaft in Hamburg, Köln oder München (nicht zwingend erforderlich).
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder ein vergleichbares Studium.
