Established in 2014, Scalable Capital operates in several countries including Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. The firm, under the supervision of BaFin and the Bundesbank, manages over 20 billion euros on its platform. Beyond catering to private clients, we also provide B2B solutions, partnering with notable institutions such as ING, Barclays Bank in the UK, the robo-advisor Oskar, and the Santander Group in Spain. Our team of over 500 professionals is based in Munich, Berlin, and London, working alongside the founding and management team to empower individuals to become investors.
Internship Description
We are seeking assistance to support our portfolio managers in maintaining existing strategies and innovating new ones for Scalable Wealth.
Assist in the evaluation of ETPs and indices across major asset classes as part of the product selection process for our wealth management initiatives. Contribute to the team by developing and automating research and monitoring tools. Prepare for meetings with ETP issuers and provide analytical support for internal portfolio management discussions. Aid in daily order execution and collaborate with other teams, including Trading Operations and Financial Engineering. Compile daily briefings and relevant materials to support our on-exchange order execution.Qualifications
Strong academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (transcripts required). Genuine interest in financial markets, particularly ETPs and trading. Prior experience from at least two internships in Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Consulting. Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Python, is advantageous. Ability to think critically, perform under pressure, and maintain attention to detail. Proficient in both German and English, written and spoken. Minimum internship duration: 3 months.Additional Information
