Job Summary

  • Key Responsibilities – Provide HR support to employees and managers, process requests in accordance with legal and company guidelines.
  • HR Administration – Manage all HR matters from onboarding to offboarding, handle personnel administration, and monitor employee time accounts.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist the production site and administration through the entire recruitment process, conduct interviews, create contracts, and manage onboarding.
  • Process Optimization – View HR as a cross-departmental service and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education – Completed studies with a focus on HR or similar commercial training.
  • Experience – Previous HR experience, preferably in HR administration.
  • Skills – Passion for employee lifecycle management, proficiency in MS Office, labor law, and SAP knowledge desirable.
