Senior Global Autoimmunity Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Autoimmunity Application Specialist to join our team at ORGENTEC Diagnostika GmbH. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing expert application and scientific support to our subsidiaries and distributors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Application Support: Provide Level 2 application support to subsidiaries and distributors for complaints, questions, or suggestions, both remotely and in the field.
- Action Planning: Design and lead action plans for critical situations and contribute to task forces related to Application & Scientific, in collaboration with the Level-2 instrument and connectivity support team when required.
- Training and Coaching: Facilitate learning plans, including training and coaching for subsidiaries and distributors, to ensure they can effectively serve our customers.
- Quality Assessment: Assess the quality of training programs and the proficiency level of trainees.
- Content Creation: Create and update Application & Scientific training modules, distance learning, and tutorials, following our established procedures.
- Product Development: Contribute to product project development and improvement by validating application packages, including maintenance software and tools, technical documentation, and other relevant materials.
- Customer Service Readiness: Help ensure customer service readiness as part of the go-to-market process and communicate with the service and application community.
- Strategic Projects: Participate and assist in strategic projects and meetings with key stakeholders, including R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory & Quality, and other relevant teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvements to current products and processes and maintain expertise within the team.
- Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in biology, with a specialization in AID (Autoimmunity and Infection/Inflammatory Diseases).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service positions, preferably as an application specialist in the field or within a call center.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge and a long-standing track record in the field of autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases diagnostics, and immunoassay techniques applied to this diagnostic. Laboratory experience, good knowledge of the laboratory environment and workflow, and familiarity with IT aspects are also essential.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with other languages being a plus.
