We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer for Series Support to enhance our operations in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform root cause investigations in accordance with VDA standards (0km/field) utilizing the 8D methodology.
  • Oversee key customer accounts (internal departments, Tier 1 suppliers, OEMs) and address customer grievances effectively.
  • Formulate strategies and conduct analyses for targeted customers as part of the strategic planning framework.
  • Execute corrective and preventive measures independently.
  • Provide on-site technical support for customer applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automotive Engineering with a focus on Electronics, or equivalent technical training in Electronics.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electronic control systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of independence, adaptability, and assertiveness.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and proficiency in both German and English.
