About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Mytheresa. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our shipping process and contributing to the continuous optimization of our workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Division Manager in providing technical leadership and guidance to the warehouse team.
  • Participate in the creation of work instructions and standards to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement qualitative standards to improve inventory management and shipping processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse, returns, and customer care, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Active participation in logistics projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.
  • Creation of tickets in Jira to track and resolve issues in communication with CC & IT.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels across various warehouses, including defect, styling, crea, and repair warehouses.
  • Conduct regular warehouse checks to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor the logistics cockpit in the ERP system to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Completed training or comparable qualification in warehouse logistics, retail, or wholesale trade.
  • At least two years of experience in technical employee management or a related field.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Assertiveness, organizational talent, communication skills, diplomatic skills, and good manners.
  • Flexibility, hands-on mentality, stress resistance, affinity for numbers, good overview, and self-organization.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and merchandise management systems.
  • Career changers are welcome.
  • Shift work in weekly rotation.
