Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the safe and timely commissioning of new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and monitor the overarching commissioning plan and schedule in collaboration with the project team and suppliers.
- Establish and manage the commissioning organization, including specialist commissioning managers, deployment, and resource planning.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team and external partners to ensure effective project delivery.
- Establish and maintain interfaces with the operational organization, integrating commissioning processes and coordinating necessary work.
- Coordinate, monitor, and document all commissioning activities, including trial operation and final handover of systems to customers.
- Revise and hand over technical documentation to operations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with official or authorization obligations.
- Contribute to the preparation of the final project report and ensure feedback of experience to the engineering department.
Your Profile
- Hold a completed university degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical specialization.
- Possess many years of relevant professional experience in comparable positions, ideally in energy plant construction.
- Demonstrate the ability to grasp complex technical interrelationships and translate them into clear work instructions.
- Exhibit sensitivity to safe working practices and potential hazards in commissioning processes.
- Display strong communication, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills in a multidisciplinary and intercultural team.
- Be willing to travel nationally and internationally.
- Be business fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
