About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling and Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Scheduling and Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and managing employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. This role involves balancing business needs with employee preferences, coordinating with various departments, and adjusting schedules in response to changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage employee schedules to meet business needs.
- Balance staffing requirements with employee availability and preferences.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure adequate coverage.
- Adjust schedules in response to real-time changes and unforeseen events.
- Monitor and analyze scheduling efficiency, making improvements as needed.
- Provide support to real-time analysts, including covering shifts if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, workforce management, or a related role.
- Proven track record in creating and managing schedules.
- Familiarity with labor laws applicable to the contact center industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of scheduling tools and software.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Suite tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
