Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Role Overview

Wolt is a Finnish technology firm renowned for our delivery platform. We have experienced remarkable growth in recent years, extending our operations from four countries in the Nordics to 25 countries across Europe and Asia. Wolt has been integrated into the US stock-listed company DoorDash.

At Wolt, we are paving the way forward as we develop and execute our Global Supply Chain Strategy in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including operations and sales teams in various countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning for the German market.
  • Optimize planning processes and recruitment strategies to determine supply requirements that reduce costs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Formulate comprehensive supply planning strategies informed by business trends and demand patterns to proactively manage seasonality.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve demand forecast precision.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gain insights into demand dynamics and influence factors.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent business acumen and a practical, common-sense approach to achieving objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Looker, and SQL.

Performance Metrics

  • Share of couriers not on task.
  • Average Delivery Time.
  • Deliveries per Hour.
  • Share of hours in booked stage.
  • Supply Forecasting Accuracy percentage.

Projects and Initiatives

  • Courier scheduling and UTR KPI management.
  • Seasonality management.
  • Incorporating demand initiatives into forecasts.
  • Automating supply planning to enhance scalability for new city operations.
