Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing banking software systems and various IT applications
  • Engaging in the enhancement and growth of system utilization
  • Supporting the rollout of banking software updates
  • Documenting and maintaining the organizational framework of the bank
  • Creating IT access control strategies for applications
  • Streamlining organizational workflows
  • Addressing application-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborating with different departments to improve operational processes
  • Ensuring optimal system performance and technical oversight
  • Assisting in digital transformation initiatives
  • Contributing to organization-wide projects
Qualifications:
  • Educational background in banking or a related commercial field
  • Experience in organizational roles is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex ideas
  • Team-oriented with excellent listening and negotiation skills
