Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing banking software systems and various IT applications
  • Engaging in the enhancement and growth of system functionalities
  • Assisting with the rollout of banking software updates
  • Documenting and maintaining the organizational framework of the bank
  • Creating IT access control frameworks for applications
  • Streamlining organizational workflows
  • Providing assistance for application-related challenges
  • Collaborating with different departments to enhance operational processes
  • Ensuring optimal system performance and technical oversight
  • Supporting initiatives for digital transformation
  • Contributing to organization-wide projects
Qualifications:
  • Educational background in banking or a related commercial field
  • Experience in organizational functions is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex ideas
  • A collaborative team player with excellent listening and persuasion skills
