Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving and storage of IT assets and peripheral orders
- Select IT assets for configuration, deployment, and shipping
- Maintain inventory levels through receiving, storage, organization, and auditing
- Prepare IT assets for transportation in accordance with IT and Information Security policies
- Effectively manage returned IT assets for reuse, reverse logistics processes, or disposal
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work under supervision
- Proficiency in English and German
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
- Experience in logistics
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on departmental and production goals
