We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to undertake a Master Thesis in the field of MMI and Safety Store for a SmallSat Ground Security Software.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with the CCSDS/ECSS PUS Operations
- Understand the existing general security protocols
- Implement the safety/backup mechanism of the security software with its current state
- Implement simple mimics/GUI of the ground security software
- Demonstrate the safety store and retrieval of the ground security software settings to reconnect to the satellite
- Enrolled student in aerospace engineering or informatics
- Computer Science (or) Space Engineering background is required
- Strong understanding & knowledge of Java
- Experience with GUI libraries for Java software
- Familiar with documentation tools like word, google docs
- Technical documentation of the work in MS Word
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English
