Key Account Manager

SKILLs HR Experts GmbH is collaborating with a prominent organization specializing in Store Concepts, Retail Technology, and Lighting Solutions, recognized for its impactful presence in the European retail landscape. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients
  • Assess client requirements, offer expert advice, devise customized solutions, and lead contract discussions
  • Act as the primary liaison for significant client projects, manage project execution, and guarantee client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance and grow market presence
  • Remain informed about industry trends and advancements in retail
  • Work collaboratively with the sales manager and various departments
Required Qualifications
  • Completed education or degree with a solid technical foundation
  • Experience in sales related to store concepts, lighting design, or interior architecture is advantageous
  • Strong connections within the retail or hospitality sectors
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive, innovative, and results-driven approach

  • Professional and approachable demeanor
  • Fluent in English, willing to travel, and possess a valid driver's license
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
