Key Responsibilities- Empower our cross-functional product team to deliver a seamless user experience, while also enabling users to achieve their goals by solving complex interaction problems.
- Drive user research along our customer journeys to discover pain points and needs, and translate insights into product design concepts.
- Collaborate with our product managers and developers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
- Participate in user research and testing, and provide feedback to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on user experience and user research.
- Remarkable research skills and a super hands-on, no-ego attitude.
- Attention to detail and willingness to go untrodden paths.
- Ability to design autonomously in an agile work environment.
- Experience in working in hybrid organizational settings across different time zones.
- Expert in Figma, experienced in working with design systems, and proficient in the use of usability testing and user research tools.
- Very good English skills.
