Productivity Manager Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Productivity Manager Supply Chain to join our team at KLK-Emmerich. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies to increase productivity across the board
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Project manage process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Lead and support teams in the implementation of RCI projects
  • Train employees in RCI methods and tools
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and success
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in Supply Chain (Master degree)
  • Several years of experience in a similar function in the production or process area of a company in the chemical industry, preferably in the field of oleochemistry
  • Knowledge of technical processes in production
  • Project management basics
  • Interest in lean management and process optimization
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills, moderation skills and enjoyment of implementation-oriented project work
  • Good MS Office user skills as well as good German and English skills
