- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience with Windows client systems, with a strong understanding of system administration principles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud systems, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure management.
- Experience with Citrix, SCCM, or Intune is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- A passion for IT and a strong agile mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent team-oriented, systematic, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
