As a Business Development Manager at zooplus SE, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our marketplace organization.
This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic decisions and optimize growth, working closely with senior leadership to generate valuable insights and develop a high-performing seller network.
Key Responsibilities- Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify and recruit high-potential sellers to enhance the marketplace's quality and product selection.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of sellers to meet ambitious objectives and drive growth.
- Seller Performance Analysis: Analyze seller performance and make strategic decisions to optimize growth and ensure vendor compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitors and propose assortment development measures to stay ahead in the market.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in French and English.
- Education: BA/BS or graduate degree in a business-related discipline.
- Experience: Previous experience in Seller, Vendor, or Category Management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
