In our Bergisch Gladbach location, we are seeking a skilled Facility Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our technical facilities and equipment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading a team of facility management professionals in the maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities and equipment

* Coordinating and documenting all maintenance and repair activities, as well as regular inspections and audits

* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as Baurecht and VDS

* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements

* Developing and implementing strategies to optimize facility operations and reduce costs

* Providing technical guidance and support to team members

* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in facility management, engineering, or a related field. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field

* Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

* Proficiency in CAFM systems and software

* Fluency in German and English

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
