Your role will involve crafting solutions for complex (Financial) Due Diligence analyses aimed at evaluating opportunities and risks associated with transactions, drawing relevant conclusions.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Transaction Advisory, you will provide guidance to buyers and sellers on the optimal planning, structuring, and execution of their predominantly international transaction initiatives.
  • You will assist in identifying financial opportunities and risks related to transactions, with a strong focus on achieving long-term corporate objectives and value creation.
  • Your active involvement in shaping the transaction process during the Financial Due Diligence phase through to the subsequent integration or separation will be crucial.
  • Supporting the development of financially relevant aspects of the purchase agreement will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding value realization, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Your contributions will include preparing analyses and drafting transaction documents.
Your Profile
  • You will become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Transaction Advisory with a completed degree in any field.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in auditing, corporate development, investment controlling, corporate finance consulting, investment banking, or leveraged finance at a bank is required.
  • You should have gained initial experience in industry-specific focuses and project management.
  • Familiarity with accounting regulations is essential.
  • You possess expertise in the economic analysis of business plans and the structuring of companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, along with excellent English language skills, will complete your profile.
