Deine Aufgaben
  • Systemverantwortlicher. Du gewährleistest den reibungslosen Betrieb des zentralen Oracle Opera Systems für unsere Hotelgruppe.
  • Problemlöser. Du bist der telefonische Ansprechpartner für unsere Hotels und löst Herausforderungen zeitnah.
  • Datenverwalter. Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege der Datenbank, einschließlich Profil- und Benutzerverwaltung, Layout, Raten- und Hotelkonfiguration sowie Reporting.
  • Dokumentationsautor. Du erstellst Anleitungen und Dokumentationen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Mitarbeiter optimal geschult sind.
  • Trainer. Du schult unsere Mitarbeiter, um das volle Potenzial von Opera auszuschöpfen.
  • Projektunterstützer. Du begleitest unsere Hotels vor Ort bei der Implementierung der Systeme bei Neueröffnungen oder Systemeinführungen.
Dein Profil
  • Hotellerie-Experte. Du hast eine Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder relevante Berufserfahrung in der Hotelbranche, um die Abläufe zu verstehen.
  • Technikbegeistert. Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme zu beherrschen.
  • Software-Kenner. Du bist mit der Opera-Software vertraut und beherrschst MS Office.
  • Sprachgewandt. Du kannst dich sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch gut verständigen.
  • Reisebereit. Du bist bereit, gelegentlich unsere Hotels vor Ort zu unterstützen.
