Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d) für unseren Logistikstandort in Deutschland.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der mit dem Kunden vereinbarten Prozesse und die Analyse von Betriebsabläufen.
  • Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und die anschließende Nachverfolgung.
  • Erstellung, Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Prozessbeschreibungen und -tools.
  • Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Auditierungen.
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- Umwelt- und Lager-Auditierungen.
  • Auswertung der Filialreklamationen und Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen bei festgestellten systematischen Fehlern.
  • Aufbereitung der Unterlagen für interne Schulungen und deren Durchführung.
  • Überwachung, Mitarbeit und Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
  • Kontakt mit den zuständigen Stellen des Kunden für alle qualitätsbezogenen Abläufe.
Voraussetzungen
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Logistik, Logistikmanagement oder vergleichbar.
  • Gute Prozesskenntnisse und Kenntnisse in QSHE-Instrumenten (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Programmen und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung im Durchführen von Schulungen und Präsentationen.
  • Hohe Analysefähigkeit, sehr gute Auffassungsgabe, präzise Arbeitsweise, großes Organisationsgeschick und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von dezentralen Teams von Vorteil.
