Your Role

As our IT Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our systems at our client sites in the energy sector. You'll lead a team of 9 professionals, overseeing their work and providing guidance on technical matters.

Your Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of excellence and lead by example, ensuring the team meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies for team growth and development, focusing on areas such as Active Directory and Infrastructure, Citrix, SCCM, or VMware and Storage.
  • Take ownership of your area of expertise, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of leadership in the IT industry, preferably in the data center or critical infrastructure sector.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification and a solid understanding of ITIL principles.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A valid police clearance certificate.
