Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing general administrative functions within Office Management
  • Streamlining office processes and enhancing efficiency
  • Addressing team and employee inquiries along with office requisitions
  • Assisting with financial accounting responsibilities
  • Supervising cleaning personnel and external service providers
  • Providing support in commercial and technical aspects of property management
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings and events
  • Facilitating a seamless office operation while ensuring satisfaction for both employees and clients
Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in Office Management
  • A strong team player who is dependable, self-sufficient, and a quick learner
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with a willingness to adopt new tools
  • Excellent communication skills in German, with good English proficiency being an advantage
