Join Our Team as a Family Support Case Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker or Nursing Professional to enhance our team at the Björn Schulz Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and assistance to families facing the challenges of caring for severely ill children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Collaborate effectively with various organizations and governmental bodies.
  • Provide information on available support systems and deliver social counseling services.
  • Assist families in navigating their circumstances and developing coping strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Social Work, a related discipline, or Nursing with experience in youth services.
  • Completion of Case Management training or a commitment to pursue it.
  • Understanding of social legislation and experience in family support.
  • Familiarity with local support networks.
  • A passion for assisting the target demographic and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.
