About the Opportunity

MVST is expanding its presence in Europe, establishing a dynamic developer and design team in Barcelona. This team collaborates closely with our Munich Studio, drawing inspiration from the city's vibrant art, architecture, and craftsmanship to create cutting-edge digital products.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for a diverse range of clients across various platforms.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects throughout their entire lifecycle, establishing the vision for user experience and fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers and developers to craft exceptional user experiences for digital applications that are engaging, practical, and solution-oriented.
  • Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, perform usability testing, and analyze findings to ensure designs effectively address user needs and pain points.
  • Develop and prototype design solutions not only to communicate ideas but also to test with real users, encouraging iterative processes and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Discuss design options, next steps, and collaboratively develop the overall design strategy.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing for SaaS or consumer-focused technology or media companies.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, and a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect and contribute to the delivery of remarkable products on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish frameworks, brainstorm initial design concepts, and effectively convey your ideas.
  • A user-centric design philosophy, demonstrated through hands-on user research or by designing options for A/B testing.
  • Fluent English language skills.
