Senior Accounting Manager - Tax Advisory (m/f/d)

Work alongside your team in the Corporate Tax Services sector to provide ongoing tax support to large corporations, medium-sized enterprises, and family-owned businesses.

Your Responsibilities
If you aim to leverage your expertise to strategically advance the Corporate Tax Services area, here’s how you can contribute:

  • Manage exciting mandates involving annual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • Serve as the point of contact for accounting inquiries under HGB and IFRS.
  • Oversee the application and enhancement of analysis, planning, and cost accounting systems.
  • Participate in tax audits.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes within the accounting department.
Your Profile
  • To become a Senior Accounting Manager in Tax Advisory, you should possess a successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting (HGB and IFRS), controlling, business taxation, and/or auditing, along with a passed tax advisor examination.
  • You should have several years of experience (at least 5 years) in preparing financial statements, annual reports, and consolidated accounts.
  • Expertise in advising and supporting clients is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS is required.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or DATEV, is preferred.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills are necessary.
  • A passion for virtual work and enthusiasm for process optimization will enhance your qualifications.
