Content Strategist

Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for crafting and strategizing content for diverse personal brands.
You'll work closely with our experienced Senior Strategists to develop content that resonates with our clients' audiences.
Our internal resources and content strategist academy will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Write engaging social media posts for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Develop content strategies for client projects
- Plan and create content pieces from client calls
- Manage community engagement and outreach
- Write show notes and headlines for podcasts
- Pull out key takeaways and top quotes from long-form video and audio content
- Help improve notus' internal workflows and processes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in content creation and strategy
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent English and German writing and communication skills
- A growth mindset and a willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a writing role, whether it be journalism, content marketing, or something else

We're a 100% remote team, with in-person events and a strong emphasis on the DACH region.
