Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & Feel-Good-Manager to join our team at Kickbase GmbH. As the organizational heart of our office, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and prioritizing the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
    • Coordinate with building management for any office-related issues or requirements
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
  • Employee Well-being
    • Organize team-building activities, social events, and celebrations to foster a positive work culture
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to office facilities and environment
    • Maintain and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
  • Administrative and Organizational Support
    • Handle mail, deliveries for the office, and orders for employees
    • Organize and maintain merchandise for users and partners
    • Support with organizing trips, events, and meetings
  • Communication
    • Serve as a liaison between management and employees as well as external stakeholders regarding office-related matters
    • Communicate important updates, announcements, and reminders to the team as needed
  • Health & Safety Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
    • Maintain safety protocols and procedures, including emergency evacuation plans and first-aid kits
Requirements
  • You are a master in multitasking and characterized by your organizational skills
  • You have a strong hands-on and service mentality
  • You are a proactive team player who has the ability to build relationships with your colleagues and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as an Office Manager
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, stay updated on industry trends and best practices
