At TÜV SÜD AG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field services team, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and assessments in the field, providing expert technical support to our clients, and collaborating with our experienced experts to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of industrial facilities and equipment to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide expert technical support to clients, including creation of inspection reports and opinions for permission procedures, damage investigations, repairs, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Collaborate with experienced experts to develop and implement effective safety solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Completed engineering studies in mechanical engineering, power plant technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Relevant professional experience in the areas of measurement and control technology, hydraulics, and mechanics.
  • Fluent in German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Driver's license and willingness to work in the field in the local area.
