About the Role

TenneT is driving the energy transition and seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our success. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying improvement initiatives and managing their implementation within our IT systems and business processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to improve business processes and IT systems
  • Analyze business needs and opportunities, including risk assessment and feasibility studies
  • Manage work estimation and planning, including team resourcing and project timeframes
  • Create business cases for new or existing ventures
  • Support business analysis in migration projects
Your Profile and Background

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong academic background and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should have demonstrable process and IT knowledge in the area of system operations or market processes in the energy sector. Relevant certifications and training, such as BiSL, BABOK, IREB, Prince2, and Scrum, are highly desirable.

Excellent knowledge of German and English language (C1 minimum) is required.
