Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Support-Spezialisten für unseren Service-Desk, der unsere Kunden mit professioneller Unterstützung und schneller Lösung von Problemen begleitet.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Aufnahme, Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen bis zum Abschluss unter Einsatz von Ticketsystemen
  • Einleitung und Begleitung von erforderlichen Maßnahmen im Incident und Problem Management in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Proaktive souveräne Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Service-Level-Vereinbarungen (SLAs) gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen und Best Practices sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen des Service Managements
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene IT-technische Ausbildung, wie z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Systemelektroniker oder IT-Systemkaufmann
  • Berufserfahrung im IT Support und IT Servicedesk/Helpdesk wünschenswert
  • Breit gefächertes IT-Wissen in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Hardware, Software, Netzwerk sowie Client-/Serverumgebungen und Betriebssysteme
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management nach ITIL
  • Bereitschaft zu Früh- und Spätschichtdienst
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Themen, Projekten und Verfahren sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
