You could contribute to our Global Supply Planning team, shaping our worldwide supply strategy, or collaborate with our Procurement Centre of Excellence to manage supplier relationships.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Disponent / Production Planner (all genders) to enhance our vibrant team. This role focuses on thorough analysis, accurate planning, and effective execution to sustain our inventory and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and team safety and health in all work processes.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
• Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
• Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
• Act rationally and cost-effectively in daily operations while engaging in continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate rolling planning with customers and production teams.
• Conduct product quality assurance activities in compliance with established standards.
• Ensure environmental protection measures align with management guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with customers to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Optimize production control to minimize raw material usage while maximizing efficiency.
• Define optimal planning parameters based on factory and customer requirements.
• Generate evaluations such as consumption forecasts.

Desired Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical education (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in production or logistics planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP logistics software, preferably JDE.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of building relationships internally and externally.
• Proactive in seeking process improvements to enhance operations.
• Fluent in both German and English.
