  • Relocation Handling: Manage customer relocations effectively.
  • Master Data Maintenance: Keep master data up to date.
  • Bank Details Management: Oversee and manage bank information.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from the customer portal.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer concerns.
  • System Updates: Check and/or perform meter changes in the system.
