As a key member of the STARK Deutschland team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the tile industry.

About the Role

  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on tile products and solutions.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

About You

  • You will have a strong background in sales or customer service, preferably in the tile industry.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the tile industry and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
  • You will be a team player, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • You will have a strong understanding of sales principles and be able to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
